  • Darji Circle is a voluntary community management system designed for information sharing, event coordination, and community networking.
  • By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and true to the best of your knowledge.
  • The Darji Circle Team and Developers reserve the right to approve, suspend, or remove any user or content that violates community guidelines or legal standards.

2. Data Accuracy & Responsibility

  • The Darji Circle Team and Developers are not responsible for the correctness, accuracy, or authenticity of any user-submitted data (including personal details, business listings, or event information).
  • Each member is solely responsible for the data they upload, including its validity and usage.
  • Any misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized sharing of personal or business information by users is not the responsibility of the Darji Circle Team or its Developers.

3. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Darji Circle collects basic member information only for community-related purposes such as event communication, member directories, and district-level coordination.
  • The Darji Circle Team and Developers do not sell, trade, or commercially distribute any user data.
  • However, information shared voluntarily by users (e.g., business contacts or hall listings) may be visible to other registered members.
  • If another user misuses your information for personal or commercial benefit, Darji Circle and its Developers are not responsible for such actions.

4. Content Submission

  • Members can upload event information, hall details, and other community-related data, subject to admin approval.
  • The Darji Circle Team may modify, approve, or remove content to maintain platform integrity and security.
  • Uploaded files (images, PDFs, etc.) must comply with acceptable formats and community standards.

5. User Conduct

  • Not to post or share any illegal, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Not to impersonate another member or misuse another person’s data.
  • To respect privacy and community harmony at all times.
  • Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Darji Circle Team and Developers provide this platform as-is, without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
  • The Team and Developers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from data misuse, inaccurate information, or third-party actions.
  • Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Ownership & Rights

  • All rights related to the Darji Circle application, content, and design are reserved by the Darji Circle Team and Developers.
  • Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of system components is strictly prohibited.
